Oracle is looking to solve the problem of designing and launching major features into production for its Cloud Infrastructure, with a focus on distributed systems and high-scale services
Requirements
- Experience with React, Javascript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience building and integrating with RESTful APIs
- Solid CS fundamentals – (algorithms, data structures, distributed systems)
- Experience with CI/CD tools
- Experience with ES6/ES6+
- Experience with Linux/UNIX fundamentals
- Experience with other languages including Java, Python, or C-Sharp
Responsibilities
- Design of major features and launching them into production
- Operating high-scale services and making them more resilient
- Working on most projects and tasks independently
- Abiding by security, compliance and regulations for services
- Owning the software design and development for major components of Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure
- Diving deep into any part of the stack and low-level systems
- Designing broad distributed system interactions

- 7+ Years of industry experience in software engineering
- Self-driven, able to take ownership of the complex features, and support junior engineers to deliver results on time
- Strong communication skills, including cross-team collaboration
- Ability to work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and environments
