Oracle Health is expanding its EHR portfolio to improve its offering of products into an integrated Health Suite focusing on providers, by building a new reimbursement solution with a modernized claims engine and unified Rules Studio platform with a consolidated AI-powered approach
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building microservices using Java and related frameworks such as Spring Boot, Micronaut, Halidon, etc
- comprehensive knowledge of databases, SQL, data structures, algorithm, & distributed system
- experience with Public Cloud SaaS, PaaS Services and/or related technology experience
- design and implement user interfaces using modern front-end technologies
- knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and EHR systems is advantageous
- experience with healthcare
- experience in designing, developing, fixing, testing, and implementing software solution in accordance with established standards
Responsibilities
- designing and building scalable, distributed, and resilient software components and services to support health care platform, applications, and our end users
- design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc
- build enhancements within an existing software architecture and suggest improvements to the architecture
- collaborate with the backend development team to establish efficient data pipelines for processing and analyzing healthcare data
- optimize the system's performance and scalability to handle large volumes of patient records and real-time data
- propose performance optimization and devise ideas for overall code refinement
- propose and lead improvement projects for development, deployment, or application monitoring processes
Other
- BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in designing, developing, fixing, testing, and implementing software solution
- ability to effectively communicate technical concepts verbally and through design aspects
- collaborate with other specialists, testers, and other team members to write high-quality code and deliver it to clients in a timely manner
- share knowledge within the team through mentoring, coaching and technical talks
