MANTECH seeks a motivated Software Developer to join our team working in Crane, IN to provide Enterprise Software Engineering Services
Requirements
- 7+ years of Systems Engineering, Software Development, Software Solutions, Software Programming, Database Programming, and/or Application Administration experience
- CASP+, CISSP, or equivalent DoD 8570.01 IAT-3 certification
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Active Directory, Systems Center Configuration Manger, System Center Service Manager, System Center Operation Manager, Power BI, Power Apps, Fusion, JIRA, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams
- Database Programming experience
- Software Programming experience
- Application Administration experience
- Experience with systems engineering and/or software development
Responsibilities
- Provide Enterprise Software Engineering Services in the areas of Software Solutions, Software Programming, Database Programming, and Application Administration.
- Provide applications implementation and integration support to research, test, enhance, debug, implement, and integrate software on multiple platforms both on premise and in the cloud including servers, desktops, and mobile devices for NSWC Crane.
- Troubleshoot problems with NSWC Crane Enterprise software in production and pre-production environments to resolve installation, configuration and integrations issues.
- Analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality; designing and developing user interfaces; determining design methodologies; completing programing; designing and conducting testing.
- Oversees the creation of hybrid software, web, and hardware products from initial specifications to final rollout and maintenance.
- Responsible to integrate various network operating systems, application programs and hardware devices.
- Manage the development cycle associated with producing a resilient software, hardware and web application, including specification, design, coding, testing and maintenance.

- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain an active United States Government Secret security clearance.
- Must obtain an interim secret clearance before starting
- Bachelor’s degree in any IT related discipline
- In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an associate’s degree and 11+ years of Software Solutions, Software Programming, Database Programming, and/or Application Administration experience OR a high school diploma and 13+ years of Software Solutions, Software Programming, Database Programming, and/or Application Administration experience may be considered
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time.
