Oracle's Compute Scaled Manufacturing organization needs to meet surging GPU demand for AI infrastructure by scaling the server qualification process to lift throughput and raise yields across all sites and products. This involves standardizing SKU and supplier qualification, accelerating ramps, and ensuring end-to-end lifecycle traceability and accountability to achieve faster time-to-production, predictable quality at scale, and a repeatable model for bringing new products and factories online with minimal disruption.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Java, C, C++, C-Sharp, or similar OO languages
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals
  • Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
  • Experience with REST API and service-oriented development
  • Working familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP) and standard network architectures
  • Containerized applications, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar applications
  • RESTful API design

Responsibilities

  • lead the software design and development for major components of Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure
  • dive deep into any part of the stack and low-level systems
  • design broad distributed system interactions
  • Building software solutions in an engineering environment using C, C++, Python, Java, Shell Scripting, and JavaScript
  • Object-oriented design and object-oriented programming
  • Microservices, distributed systems
  • Experience delivering and operating large-scale, highly available distributed systems
