Troubleshooting and optimizing Microsoft 365 (M365) services, including incident management, performance monitoring, environment configuration, and user support for various M365 tools like Power Platform, Copilot, and OneDrive.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate).
- Strong .NET development skills (C-Sharp, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Proficiency in creating PowerShell scripts.
- Knowledge of the Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, Azure ecosystem.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 development and SharePoint Administration.
- Experience developing PowerApps model.
- Knowledge and experience with Copilot for Power Apps, Copilot for Power Automate, and AI Builder.
Responsibilities
- Assist with troubleshooting M365 IRWorks incident and tasks tickets (Priority 1 – Priority 4)
- Assist with monitoring performance and usage of Dataverse environments, including optimizing data models, monitoring resource utilization, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Assist with establishing and configuring Power Platform environments, including setup, configuration, and maintenance within a tenant.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users encountering Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate issues.
- Assist with monitoring M365 services and end user data retention requirements.
- Support, configure, and maintain tenant and backup solutions for OneDrive.
- Assist with developing scripts as needed to support OneDrive features.
