TransUnion is looking to solve the problem of designing, building, and deploying production-grade, highly scalable solutions for product implementation and investigation.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of software development experience.
  • Proven ability to design, build, and deploy production-grade, highly scalable solutions for product implementation and investigation.
  • Proficiency in C/C++/C, Python, and scripting languages.
  • Strong experience with relational databases.
  • Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures (JSON/YAML), algorithms, and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning tools (e.g., xgboost, scikit-learn).
  • Working knowledge of Java and Ab Initio.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain medium-to-complex model solutions across multiple fulfillment environments.
  • Drive best practices for delivering high-quality solutions using open-source tools, automated builds, testing, and deployment pipelines.
  • Support model investigations across various systems.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced DevOps environment, solving real-world problems with an entrepreneurial mindset while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Design, build, and deploy production-grade, highly scalable solutions for product implementation and investigation.
  • Collaborate with talented professionals on pioneering products and cutting-edge technology.
  • Work on impactful solutions and sharpen skills, explore emerging tools, and unlock potential.

Other

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
  • Adherence to Company policies, sound judgment and trustworthiness, working safely, communicating respectfully, and safeguarding business operations, confidential and proprietary information, and the Company’s reputation.
  • Regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
