Go Solutions is looking to empower school districts across the US with innovative solutions to positively impact student success and their school communities by maintaining and adding features to existing legacy codebases and implementing new features into a modern Blazor application
Requirements
- Experience with .NET Framework (versions 4.8 and 9+)
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server writing/maintaining stored procedures, views, etc
- Strong object-oriented programming experience
- Strong experience in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including design and testing
- Tech stack includes C-Sharp, SQL Server, JavaScript, VB.NET, CSS, Blazor, Dapper, Web API
- Experience with Telerik, Syncfusion, Bootstrap, MudBlazor a plus
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot
Responsibilities
- Work in a small team environment
- Participate in agile methodology (modified for a smaller company)
- Writing/debugging and optimizing code
- Take ownership of assigned tasks
- Actively participate in the project meetings and make valuable recommendations
- Prototyping / exploring innovative technologies and assessing their business value
- Supporting the development of documentation
Other
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, software development
- 2 - 5 years of software development experience
- Self-motivated with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a small team environment
- Ability to participate in agile methodology
