Develop and support software products for the radio broadcasting industry, providing tools for scheduling, billing, and reporting, and modernizing the existing software platform

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications built primarily in C-Sharp and C++ with SQL Server and WinForms
- Work with and learn from a wide range of legacy systems including VB6, Java, Delphi, and other third-party tools
- Read, understand, and enhance existing codebases
- Contribute to our ongoing modernization effort as we move toward a .NET Core REST-based framework over SQL Server
- Help integrate and leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve team productivity
- Collaborate with other developers and product teams to design and implement new features
