Responsibilities
- leading the effort of building distributed, scalable, high-performance generative AI agent service in partnership with our applied scientists and software engineers
- investigate model structure to optimize model performance and scalability
- build state of art systems with innovative technologies in this fast-evolving area
- Modify and enhance existing software systems to meet evolving requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and applied science, to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes, tools, and technologies

- Provide technical leadership to other software developers
- Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs
