Requirements
- Salesforce developer with hands-on experience with objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows.
- Proficient in Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
- Adept with integrations using APIs and ETL tools.
- General knowledge of hardware, software, and network.
Responsibilities
- Leads the resolution of complex problems.
- Provides the necessary documentation to support the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Develops prototypes and solutions leveraging a diverse range of technology.
- Applies modern principles, methodologies, tools, and systemic processes to support the launch new business capabilities.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce apps.
- Translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Customize objects, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the system to optimize performance.

- Mentors development of those in less senior positions.
