Crash Champions is seeking a Backend Software Developer to create software solutions, design, implement, and maintain server-side application logic, APIs, databases, and system integrations to support their products and services.
Requirements
- 5+ years application development experience with the Microsoft .NET platform
- Experience with Azure services (App Insights, Key Vault, Blob Storage, Azure SQL).
- Strong proficiency in C-Sharp and the .NET ecosystem (.NET Core/.NET 6+).
- Experience with ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, and dependency injection.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and ORMs (EF Core, Dapper).
- Proficient in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Thorough understanding of object-oriented development (OOD), including an in-depth knowledge of implementing RESTful, micro services design patterns and architectures
Responsibilities
- Work on a software team with other developers to create new modules and feature-functionality for the company’s management system.
- Code, test, and prepare releases to existing software solutions following established design, coding and implementation methods and standards for specifications, development, testing and delivery.
- Build enterprise-level services and applications using various programming and scripting languages
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs using ASP.NET Core and C-Sharp.
- Implement data access layers using Entity Framework Core and LINQ with SQL Server or other RDBMS.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring secure and performant integrations.
- Deploy and monitor applications in Azure App Services, Azure Functions
Other
- Collaboration with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders is essential to ensure the backend architecture is reliable, scalable, and secure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product owners/managers, and developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Work with end-users and cross-functional teams to develop new application features that meet evolving business needs, using C-Sharp, .NET Core, and Azure DevOps.
