Leidos is seeking to revolutionize the future of naval simulation, training, and analysis for the US Navy by developing state-of-the-art systems such as CIAT - Combined Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) and Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Trainer
Requirements
- solid C++ software development skills
- all software is developed and executed in a Linux environment
- written primarily in C++
- experience with computer-based systems
- familiarity with numerical models
- back-end development experience
- experience with Linux environment
Responsibilities
- develop system software

- developing the most sophisticated and “game changing” trainers the US Navy deploys
- performing vital work that has a major impact within the US Navy
- contributing to systems that will be used throughout the U.S. Navy
Other
- pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- have at least a 3.2 GPA
- available to work at least 7 months full time as a co-op
- U.S. Citizenship and be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government granted security clearance
- dedicated to producing quality work results and extremely attentive to detail
