Requirements
- Experience in Linux or Windows systems administration
- Basic understanding of operating system fundamentals
- Scripting experience (PowerShell or Python for example)
- Server deployment tools experience
- Experience with data, especially large sets of data
- Strong aesthetics for cleanliness and correctness in data
- Great attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Be on the front lines helping to improve the quality of data delivery, storage and development
- Collaborate across multiple development and quantitative groups
- Be part of the entire lifecycle of strategy development
- Designing and optimizing systems that process massive amounts of data, ensuring high performance and stability
- Developing and supporting leading-edge hardware and software solutions
- Work in a medium to large-enterprise server environment
- Server deployment tools experience
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline or its foreign equivalent
- 2-3 years of professional work experience required
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong verbal communication skills
