Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience with SQL and software development required
- Experience with healthcare technology preferred
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C-Sharp, JavaScript (React/Redux), and Python (pandas) preferred
- Current Epic certifications (Clarity, Caboble, or similar) preferred
- If not certified, must attend Epic training and obtain certification within 60 days of program completion
- Strong programming skills and familiarity with common frameworks
- Ability to conceptualize applications from both technical and business perspectives
Responsibilities
- Design and develop software tools and analytics platforms to support clinical and operational decision-making
- Use data science techniques to identify trends, predict outcomes, and inform population health strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and clinical needs into technical solutions
- Write clean, maintainable code using languages such as C-Sharp, JavaScript (React/Redux), and Python (pandas, NumPy, etc.)
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and data pipelines for reporting and analysis
- Participate in Epic certification training and maintain credentials (Clarity, Caboodle, or similar)
- Contribute to system sustainability by improving workflows, reducing inefficiencies, and supporting financial stewardship
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field required
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
- Corp-to-Corp (C2C) arrangements are not accepted for this role
