The Operations Accounting team is responsible for a proprietary Operational platform that supports Back Office functions for the firm’s NET CAP and Regulatory reporting obligations. They are also focused on maintaining platforms that support our Accounting & Tax workflow automation processes. Over the past several years, we have begun rewriting our entire infrastructure in order to streamline and optimize our operations processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of recent hands-on experience with the .NET, C-Sharp or Java technologies
- progressive experience developing software applications using an object oriented language
Responsibilities
- designing and optimizing systems that process massive amounts of data, ensuring high performance and stability
- developing and supporting leading-edge hardware and software solutions
- build this new platform on top of WCF services on the server-side and DevExpress controls for the Windows Application UI
Other
- 5+ years of progressive experience developing software applications using an object oriented language. Relevant experience can be substituted for education.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness and ability to work in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
