Requirements
- Basic programming skills (JavaScript/Node.js, Typescript preferred)
- Introductory knowledge of HubSpot automation, SalesMessage, and Twilio APIs
- Understanding of REST APIs and simple integration patterns
- Experience with Twilio, HubSpot, or SalesMessage (preferred)
- Familiarity with call/SMS compliance concepts such as opt-outs, DNC, or spam mitigation
- Understanding of basic scheduling and calendar APIs (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain features in HubSpot workflows for SMS, call, and scheduling automation
- Assist in configuring SalesMessage templates and Twilio numbers to support outreach campaigns
- Support monitoring and reporting of phone number reputation to prevent SPAM/SCAM tagging
- Debug and fix issues in message and call delivery under senior developer guidance
- Document processes, workflows, and technical configurations for internal use
- Participate in team code reviews and learn best practices for maintainable, scalable development

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
