Nakupuna Consulting is seeking to support the execution of a large size, multi-year contract to the Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A) Army Military Payroll (AMP) by designing technical solutions and extending PeopleSoft application functionality
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one programming language
- Database management or SQL experience
- Experience with PeopleSoft software
Responsibilities
- Follow technical design specifications
- Configure modules in PeopleSoft software to meet design specifications
- Provide estimates for work assignments
- Document software configurations in prescribed documentation tool(s)
- Conduct unit testing in line with defined testing processes
- Conduct software development activities in support of application enhancements and system defects
- Conduct peer reviews on other teammates’ configuration and code to ensure accuracy and alignment to overall architecture and design
Other
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor of Science degree in a Computer Software or Engineering major
- 1 or more years of experience within the federal government, DoD, Army, or IC
- Active Secret clearance
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers
