The Digital Revenue team aims to transform website visitors into new revenue streams through initiatives like Rocket Mortgage integration, new construction partnerships, data enrichment, and financial solutions. They focus on analyzing user behavior to enhance engagement with early-stage homebuyers and refine digital channels to achieve measurable, high-impact results.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience specifically in React and Java
- Proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications
- You have experience using AI code generation tools tools such as GitHub CoPilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-impact digital features that drive customer engagement and create new revenue channels through Rocket Mortgage integration, financial products, and partner ecosystems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, analysts, and other engineers to shape the user journey from first click to customer
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on experiments that drive measurable improvements in conversion and engagement
- Own the full lifecycle of features, from technical design and implementation to monitoring and optimization
- Help shape the team’s technical direction and contribute to decisions around architecture, tooling, and best practices
- Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and foster a culture of learning and collaboration

- This position is a hybrid role requiring employees to work from our headquarters location in Seattle, WA every Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote all other days.
