Club Labs needs to enhance the technical agility of new product lines by developing software, frameworks, and automation tools to ensure end-to-end confidence in their applications and automate manual processes to drive quality.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years Software development with fundamental experience with object-oriented principles, algorithms, problem solving, and complexity analysis.
  • Create automation frameworks to drive quality and improve speed of deployment.
  • Assesses and understands the flow of code and its interaction with various processes.
  • Documents processes and client demands for process improvement.
  • Logs, manages, and tracks user issues and cases.
  • Troubleshoots bugs and other issues on mobile, desktop, and web-based platforms.
  • Tests automation builds, execution, and script troubleshooting

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain thousands of automated tests.
  • Prototype innovative new solutions and create frameworks that support different teams in delivering high-quality products to our members.
  • Work directly with the product development team, product owner, and product manager to understand product vision, strategy, key metrics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Write test scenarios and test cases.
  • Collaborate with team members on the design and implementation of new functionalities on the different platforms.
  • Consult with other team members and implements solutions in-line with the departments’ visions.
  • Continuously learn and keep up to date with emerging technologies to evaluate impact to business and member value.

  • Bachelors Computer and Information Science Preferred
  • Work is accomplished with moderate supervision.
  • Follows established and detailed directions.
  • Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy.
  • Provides resolution to an assortment of problems that are typically well defined, but some clarification or judgment is required to determine action, as additional information about the problem/task is discovered.
