ASRC Agile Decision Sciences LLC is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the Software Developer Intermediate position to support our customer at Aberdeen Proving Ground. The Software Developer Intermediate will play a critical role in developing, testing, and maintaining software applications using Appian low-code development projects supporting the DAMIS program. This position directly supports Army G-1 efforts to ensure personnel readiness and compliance by delivering scalable, automated workflows and user-friendly applications.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Appian development (2-4 years minimum).
  • Knowledge of low-code development principles, process automation, and integration with enterprise systems.
  • Experience developing Appian solutions in Department of Defense (DoD) or federal environments.
  • Exposure to Agile/SAFe frameworks.
  • Familiarity with databases and web technologies for integration with Appian.
  • Security+ or related DoD 8570 certification.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain Appian applications in support of DAMIS requirements.
  • Develop and maintain application features in accordance with Army G-1 customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Appian workflows and software increments.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve Appian and integrated system issues.
  • Document technical designs, maintain Appian code repositories, and contribute to configuration control.
  • Participate in Agile development cycles and sprint reviews within the Army G-1/CECOM SEC environment.

Other

  • Active or Interim DoD SECRET clearance or higher. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience.
