MillerKnoll is seeking to build and deploy a centralized Workforce Capability System across its operations sites to track employee skills, align pay with verified capabilities, and enable smarter labor planning.
Requirements
- Experience with Blazor, C, .NET, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiar working with SQL and GIT.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Interest in workforce strategy and operational systems.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing scalable and robust web applications using C in the .NET ecosystem, leveraging the Blazor framework (Server and/or WebAssembly).
- Build user-friendly interfaces and dashboards for leaders to view skillsets, staffing needs, and pay alignment.
- Support integration with existing systems and data sources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate functionality.
- Help ensure data accuracy, system scalability, and ease of use.
Other
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- You must have a GPA of at least 3.0 (overall or within your program) to qualify for consideration in the Intern Program.
