Nakupuna Consulting is seeking a Software Developer IV to support the execution of a large size, multi-year contract to the Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A) Army Military Payroll (AMP). The role involves designing technical solutions and extending PeopleSoft application functionality.
Requirements
- PeopleSoft PeopleTools and SQL knowledge required.
- Certifications in PeopleSoft PeopleTools, and SAFe for Teams preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create technical design specifications.
- Extend PeopleSoft software functionality to meet design specifications.
- Configure modules in PeopleSoft software to meet design specifications.
- Document software configurations in prescribed documentation tool(s).
- Conduct unit testing in line with defined testing processes.
- Conduct software development activities in support of application enhancements and system defects.
- Conduct peer reviews on other teammates’ configuration and code to ensure accuracy and alignment to overall architecture and design.

- Strong communication skills required.
- This position requires a current Secret clearance.
- Must be a U. Citizen.
- Work location will be in Arlington, Virginia 2 days on-site with a hybrid option.
- Occasional travel may be required.
