Leidos is seeking a Software Developer to provide Post Production Software Support (PPSS) and Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS) for the CECOM IEW&S Directorate Sensors and Mission Division (SMED). This role will contribute to the development and sustainment of mission-critical sensor platforms by delivering technical services, software solutions, and subject matter expertise.
Requirements
- Proficiency in C-Sharp, C++, .NET, Visual Basic
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10 and 11
- Experience with virtual environments (e.g., VMware)
- Knowledge of Visual Studio and plug-in architectures
- Familiarity with tools like Eggplant, Jira, Confluence, Perforce Helix ALM, Git/GitHub
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize source code and software applications
- Apply frameworks and manage the full software release lifecycle
- Perform programming, documentation, configuration management, testing, and debugging
- Collaborate with system engineers to translate analytic and interface requirements into functional tools
- Design and test operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution applications
- Work independently or lead small teams to deliver robust sensor software solutions

- Proven experience across the full software lifecycle in military systems
