UNICON International, Inc. is looking for a Software Developer L2 to design, develop, and support multiple large projects using Qualtrics technologies, ensuring adherence to SDLC processes and providing technical leadership.
Requirements
- Must have Qualtrics Platform Developer I or II certification.
- Must have hands-on experience with Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong experience with complex Qualtrics Application Development (7+ years).
- Experienced in designing and developing Qualtrics platform features such as custom objects, validation rules, workflows, assignment rules, formula fields, custom reporting, and modifying pages, views, and dashboards.
- Application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems
- Experience in developing Qualtrics code as per specifications using Qualtrics platform.
- Understand Qualtrics capabilities, governor limits, limit monitoring, and best practices for limit-informed development.
Responsibilities
- Application design, development, and production support for multiple large projects using Qualtrics technologies.
- Conduct development workstreams, from design through testing and deployment, often working with junior members of the team both offshore and onshore.
- Ensure adherence and constant improvement to the SDLC process and best practices through the development, testing, and support phases, including code reviews, mentoring, and policy governance
- Research and resolve Qualtrics application issues in test and production environments.
- Evaluate the daily and monthly batch process to improve performance and shorten the critical path window.
- Perform Impact Analysis across multiple Qualtrics platforms and applications.
- Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
Other
- Participate in daily Scrum sessions as an Agile team member.
- Identify enhancements through customer interaction and work directly with them to provide solutions.
- Deliver complete documentation for estimates, design, and development.
- On-call for production support during off-office hours (night and weekends).
- Play the role of a Subject Matter Expert for the AHM Qualtrics applications.
