Emerson is looking to improve and maintain existing web applications for the Life Sciences industry, as well as develop the next generation of their Life Sciences Suite.
Requirements
- Proficient in the usage of both REST and SOAP webservices
- Experience in the release strategy of products with multi-versions and different configurations
- Experience in progressive web apps and cloud native apps for delivering API interfaces
- Experience with languages such as TypeScript and JavaScript including implementations such as knockout.js and jquery and XPath
- Experience with modern frameworks like React and Angular
- Experience with SQL Server stored procedures and transactions
- Experience with Microsoft IIS and hosting web sites (OnPrem)
Responsibilities
- Maintain and create code fixes for the DeltaV MES suite
- Help identify and troubleshoot customers’ complex issues
- Collaborate with architects, product support engineers and customer success managers to develop robust solutions to customers’ issues
- Participate in code reviews and improve code quality
- Help create and advise on the creation of supporting documentation
Other
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science and 3-5 years of .NET development experience
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position
