Noblis MSD is seeking an experienced Software Developer to support critical program and project decision-making within the NAWCAD Engineering & Logistics organization under NAVAIR's Mission Operations & Integration (MO&I) group. The role aims to improve system performance, usability, and integration by working closely with other analysts, engineers, and program staff.
Requirements
- Requires minimum of three (3) years of software development experience (Junior to Mid-Level)
- Requires a minimum ten (10) years software development experience (Senior-Level)
- Requires a minimum of five (5) years of experience with Unity (Senior-Level)
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications tailored to mission and business needs
- Analyzing user requirements to build efficient, scalable, and maintainable code
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are integrated and aligned with operational goals
- Troubleshooting, debuging, and optimizing software to improve performance and reliability
- Creating and maintaining clear documentation, and provide technical support and training to end-users
- Staying current with industry best practices to recommend improvements and enhance system capability

- Education: Bachelor's of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related scientific or technical discipline.
- Any previous experience working in the DoD industry is preferred.
