Leidos is seeking to provide Post Production Software Support (PPSS) and Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS) for the CECOM IEW&S Directorate Sensors and Mission Division (SMED) by developing and sustaining mission-critical sensor platforms
Requirements
- Proficiency in C, C++, .NET, Visual Basic
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10 and 11
- Experience with virtual environments (e.g., VMware)
- Knowledge of Visual Studio and plug-in architectures
- Familiarity with tools like Eggplant, Jira, Confluence, Perforce Helix ALM, Git/GitHub
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize source code and software applications
- Apply frameworks and manage the full software release lifecycle
- Perform programming, documentation, configuration management, testing, and debugging
- Collaborate with system engineers to translate analytic and interface requirements into functional tools
- Design and test operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution applications
- Work independently or lead small teams to deliver robust sensor software solutions
Other
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of experience, or Master’s with under 2 years
- Willingness to travel up to 10% within the continental U.S.
- Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative environments
- Experience working in matrixed team structures
