Requirements
- Solid knowledge of programming, testing & deployment tools, techniques, and languages applicable to the products or systems with which they work.
- Strong knowledge of application analysis and design methodologies, including database concepts.
- Practical experience with: Perl, Linux, Shell scripting, C
- Working knowledge of Precisely Products (StreamWeaver, Mailstream Plus, Verimove, Finalist), Python, and knowledgebase on AFP and PDF print formatting would be a plus
- Working knowledge of the software development project life cycle and AGILE methodology.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high level technical analysis of ideas to determine feasibility and approach.
- Provide accurate work estimates, a critical component for building project timelines and establishing delivery commitments.
- Maintenance and migration of existing code basis to newer platforms.
- Execute test cases, verifying results to expected outcomes prior to release of code for business or client acceptance testing.
- Provide input into integration, implementation and deployment content and strategies, maintaining operating manuals and system documentation as necessary.
- Special projects, tasks or assignments, as required, to ensure the success of the Department.

- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant work experience.
