The Equity Investment Management Technology group (EIMT) is looking to solve complex financial issues and provide portfolio manager teams with the tools they need to implement and execute their investment strategies for Bernstein Private Wealth’s portfolio implementation and trading activities.
Requirements
- 3 – 7 years C++, Java and/or C (At least one of these. C++ and C with experience in GUI design using WinForms preferred)
- 2+ years SQL (Microsoft SQL Server, Sybase or Oracle) including stored procedures and table design
- Graphical user interface design and development
- Strong objected oriented analysis and design
- C++, Java or C experience
- significant SQL development experience
- experience with GUI design using WinForms
Responsibilities
- analyzing, designing, developing, deploying, and supporting the SPSR system
- working on strategic and tactical projects to enhance system capabilities
- continuing to support existing processes
- designing and implementing software
- partnering closely with business users to gather requirements and support time-sensitive requests for information

- providing portfolio manager teams with the tools they need to implement and execute their investment strategies
Other
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience
- Wealth Management/Investment Management process and data domain knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related major
- Solid analytical and trouble-shooting skills
- Ability to work in Nashville, Tennessee
