Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking a Software Developer to contribute to their digital reality solutions, aiming to boost efficiency, productivity, quality, and safety across various industrial applications by helping clients design, construct, and operate more profitable, safe, and sustainable industrial facilities.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of professional experience in software development.
- Knowledge of at least one object-oriented (OO) programming language (e.g., .NET, Java, etc.).
- Basic understanding of web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Frontend frameworks like Vue and Vuetify.
- Backend frameworks and technologies such as .NET.
- REST APIs and their implementation.
- Databases (relational and/or non-relational).
Responsibilities
- Write and implement efficient, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Collaborate with experienced team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues and perform unit testing.
- Recommend and implement changes or enhancements to improve the quality of products and internal procedures.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures within the software development field.

- Work under moderate supervision to complete assigned tasks.
- Preference will be given to candidates located in the Roanoke, VA area.
