Cintel, Inc. is seeking a Software Developer to support new software development and the improvement of existing systems, ensuring secure and efficient integration with enterprise environments.
Requirements
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C-Sharp, Python, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of business applications, security requirements, and performance optimization.
- Experience with software packaging, automated deployment tools, and patch management technologies.
- Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) or government IT environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of enterprise system integration and desktop security hardening.
- 8+ years of experience in software development, testing, and integration.
Responsibilities
- Develop, code, test, and debug new software solutions and enhancements to existing applications.
- Collaborate with technical staff to troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
- Respond to customer complaints, feedback, and requests for software improvements.
- Assist in the development of software user manuals and technical documentation.
- Support desktop design, testing, and implementation of security lockdowns.
- Integrate applications with standard software packages and automated patching/deployment technologies.
- Automate application and configuration deployments and updates to streamline operations.
