ValidaTek is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise-level software applications in support of a DHS program. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot, integrate, and optimize software solutions across multiple platforms.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience developing business solutions using Microsoft SharePoint 2010 or later, including expertise in the .NET framework.
  • At least one (1) year of hands-on experience in custom development using the SharePoint platform, framework, and object model.
  • Experience with SharePoint workflows, Web Parts, and Power Platform integration.
  • Proficiency in C-Sharp, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, debug, and implement software solutions for enterprise applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to software applications.
  • Research, test, and integrate new software products based on client requirements.
  • Lead the development of new software products and major enhancements to existing applications.
  • Assess system effectiveness and optimize software for performance, security, and scalability.
  • Address challenges related to system integration, compatibility, and cross-platform functionality.
  • Contribute to the development of software user manuals and technical documentation.

Other

  • Active Secret clearance required.
  • Must be able to obtain DHS EOD Suitability before supporting the program.
  • This role requires an on-site presence 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
