The company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer Senior Principal/Lead Pega Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega-based solutions within the healthcare domain.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Pega 8.x or higher, including knowledge of App Studio, Dev Studio, Case Management, and Pega's Low-Code/No-Code capabilities.
- Strong understanding of Pega's Class structure, rulesets, and inheritance.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing integrations with external systems using various Pega connectors and services.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and writing complex SQL queries.
- Solid understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML)
- Certified Pega System Architect is required.
- Certified Pega Senior System Architect is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture: Lead the architectural design of Pega applications, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives, Pega best practices, and enterprise standards.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and user stories.
- Framework Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of healthcare-specific Pega frameworks, such as Pega Customer Process Manager for Healthcare (CPMHC), to design and configure core functionalities.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Pega developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, guardrails, and architectural patterns.
- Integration Design: Design and implement complex integrations between Pega applications and other internal and external systems using various technologies (e.g., SOAP, REST, MQ, etc.).
- Performance and Scalability: Perform performance tuning, optimization, and system maintenance to ensure the Pega platform operates efficiently and can scale to meet future demands.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, data models, and integration specifications.
Other
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT with at least 8+ years of experience in Pega application development and architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
