Noblis ESI is seeking a Software Development Advisor (SETA) to support the future ground architecture of a national space enterprise and ground systems
Requirements
- Possess strong software architecture, development, and production experience
- Experience with at least two of the following: Programming languages, platforms, and architectures to develop applications and systems; cloud engineering; and data access and storage
- Testing, improving, and maintaining software built by other engineers
- Information assurance or information system security
- Cloud hosting environments
- Familiarity with the IC and NRO enterprise architecture, DOD's space architecture, and public and private cloud environments
- Experience developing, editing, and updating software architecture and CONOPs documentation as the system mission model matures
Responsibilities
- Serve as program support to the government Program Manager (PM) with responsibility for technical knowledge of the assigned teams and programs/projects
- Plan the design and maintenance of software applications, platforms, systems, and data repositories
- Evaluate and test new software programs
- Optimize software for supportability, portability, speed, and scalability
- Consult with mission specialists, engineers, security specialists, and other stakeholders
- Present new features to stakeholders and internal customers
- Support information assurance and RMF processes; and information systems security engineering

- Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph
- US Citizenship is required
- B.S. degree in STEM
- 7 - 10 years’ experience for Mid-Level, 10+ years’ experience for Senior-Level
- Ability to travel
