Requirements
- Pursuing Software Development degrees
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum framework
- Understanding of software development principles and practices
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Familiarity with cross-functional team dynamics
- Basic understanding of product development processes and procedures
Responsibilities
- Build successful working relationships with members of a cross-functional team
- Identify areas for professional development outside of core Software Development curriculum
- Develop a general understanding of the various roles, processes, and procedures that support product development within a Software Development Group
- Prioritize many competing tasks and project responsibilities to meet objectives on-time
- Develop understanding of specific areas of skill and disciplines of interest within Software Development
- Learn how to use an Agile Scrum framework to get work done in a collaborative team
