Requirements
- Deep expertise in frontend and backend systems
- Extensive hands-on experience building enterprise-grade software systems
- Deep technical expertise in cloud-native architectures
- Proficient in agile development methodologies
- Strong engineering discipline, system design skills, and architectural thinking
- Background in healthcare technology, regulated environments, or mission-critical applications
- Experience working in startup-like environments within larger enterprises
Responsibilities
- Lead and own the architectural vision and technical strategy for the development and success of Oracle’s healthcare products
- Mentor and develop engineering talent while building high-performing, autonomous teams focused on mission-critical outcomes
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from PRD intake, scoping, planning, execution, release, implementation, to post-launch support and maintenance
- Act as a key liaison between various teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Support
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices
- Establish engineering excellence through rigorous development practices, system monitoring, and operational discipline
- Utilize data analytics to derive actionable insights, measure performance, and optimize customer experience
Other
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of software engineering experience
- 8+ years of experience leading high-performing engineering teams
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across large, distributed teams
- Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates
