Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Software Director to lead critical infrastructure initiatives in Networking organization to drive the design, delivery, and operational excellence of essential infrastructure components.

- Experience with software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases

Responsibilities
- Apply extensive knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications
- Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and envision future improvements to the architecture
- Provide tooling that allows customers to design, build, scale, and operate OCI networks
- Help Oracle build the best-in-class Network Control Plane to meet customer needs
- Lead a high-caliber team, ensuring the achievement of key objectives through exemplary leadership, talent development, and resource optimization
- Establish clear, measurable goals for both individual team members and the broader team, ensuring that these objectives are aligned with OCI's strategy
- Implement robust processes to monitor progress, assess performance, and maintain accountability at all levels
