Versa Networks is looking to solve the business and technical problem of simplifying and securing WAN/branch office networks through next-generation Software Defined solutions and architectures, called SASE (Secure Access Service Edge). They aim to provide unprecedented business advantages through a software-based approach for agility, cost savings, and flexibility.
Requirements
- Candidate MUST have strong hands-on experience in C/Linux and debugging skills
- Prior knowledge in any of Switching/Routing/L2-L7 services is a must.
- Prior working knowledge in DHCP/SIP/IPSec is highly desirable
- Prior working knowledge in L2/L3 control plane is a plus
Responsibilities
- Work with engineering teams to develop and debug new features
- Write/maintain design and architecture documents
- Improve performance, scalability, and features of the product
- Help improve product quality and performance through regular technical feedback

- 5 – 10 years of hands-on experience in switching/routing/security companies.

- The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in Bay Area, California, is expected in the range below. $180,000 - $240,000
