Fiserv is looking to hire a Software Development Engineer, Advisor II to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications that align with business goals and client needs, ultimately transforming financial services technology.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development and designing distributed systems
- 7+ years of experience in Java programming, spring boot, spring framework
- 5+ years of experience in SQL databases
- 5+ years of experience in AWS
- 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
- Experience in the financial services industry
