AWS AI Applied Solutions is looking to solve highly complex engineering and algorithmic problems to innovate on the Amazon Connect service, which aims to transform the contact center industry by enabling businesses to deliver engaging customer service experiences through a cloud-based platform leveraging AI and AWS services.
Requirements
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
Responsibilities
- Own code end-to-end from design to development
- Work closely with senior technical leaders within the team and across AWS
- Design and deliver scaleable, resilient systems while maintaining a constant customer focus
- Embrace AI in how you work day to day in addition to building it into the product experience
- Develop the next generation contact center
- Work across the stack with technology involving modern web, SOA, NoSQL databases, AI, ML, Big Data and more
