AWS AI Applied Solutions is looking to solve business challenges for millions of companies worldwide by providing intuitive and differentiated technology solutions that accelerate their businesses. Specifically, Amazon Connect aims to transform the contact center industry by enabling businesses to build modern, cloud-based contact centers with AI capabilities.

Requirements

  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
  • Sound understanding of computer science fundamentals
  • Practical industry experience, working across the stack with technology involving modern web, SOA, NoSQL databases, AI, ML, Big Data and more

Responsibilities

  • Own code end-to-end from design to development
  • Work closely with senior technical leaders within the team and across AWS
  • Develop the next generation contact center
  • Design and deliver scalable, resilient systems
  • Embrace AI in how you work day to day in addition to building it into the product experience
  • Innovate on this new service that addresses customer needs to build modern contact centers in the cloud
  • Leverage the power of Artificial Intelligence and the large ecosystem of AWS services such as Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, AWS Lambda, Amazon S3 and Amazon Kinesis
