Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
Responsibilities
- Responsible for technical design and delivery of software components
- Works closely with customers and stakeholders to understand their requirements, analyzes various technical options and proposes solutions with proof of concept
- Translates the proposals into technical design, coordinates development effort with other SDEs, tests and delivers features in production
- Performs code reviewers for peer engineers and provides constructive feedback
- Ensures that the solutions proposed are logical, testable, maintainable, and efficient
- Drives engineering best practices for continuous process improvements in all phases of the software development lifecycle

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, relishes working with big data, and enjoys problem solving within highly complex business contexts that are typically being defined in real-time
