Esri is looking to hire a developer to build software that makes a real-world impact by creating powerful visualization tools that bring location-based data to life, supporting mission-driven efforts across the DoD/IC community and helping analysts and decision-makers solve complex challenges.
Requirements
- 1+ years of Javascript experience
- Strong foundation in object-oriented software principles
- Ability to analyze software/algorithms and identify improvements
- Experience with HTML, REST, iOS, Android, Grunt, Node, AngularJS, MongoDB
- Experience with AWS, Azure
- Experience with 2D and 3D data visualization
Responsibilities
- Use Javascript to develop front end applications
- Support and build software that follows industry-standard design patterns, development methodologies, and deployment models
- Solve complex problems with application design, development, and user experiences
- Collaborate with other developers, engineers and product managers throughout the development process
- Work effectively in an Agile Scrum team environment

- Professional experience in a similar position supporting similar responsibilities
- Defense and Intel domain experience
- US citizenship and willingness and ability to maintain a US Security clearance
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or STEM related field
- Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or Stem related field
