Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
- Experience with modern web technologies.
- Experience with SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture).
- Experience with NoSQL databases, AI, ML, and Big Data technologies.
Responsibilities
- Own code end-to-end from design to development.
- Work closely with senior technical leaders within the team and across AWS.
- Develop scalable, resilient systems while maintaining a constant customer focus.
- Design and deliver next-generation contact center technology.
- Innovate on a new service that addresses customer needs to build modern contact centers in the cloud.
- Solve highly complex engineering and algorithmic problems.
- Work across the stack with technology involving modern web, SOA, NoSQL databases, AI, ML, Big Data, and more.

- The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market.
