Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 3+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
Responsibilities
- own the end-to-end design, build, and maintenance of domain platform services, HR admin experiences and sophisticated data validation capabilities
- design and implement new features, enhancements, and problem solving complex issues that often require cross-team collaboration and a holistic business process understanding
- interact with engineers, product managers, stakeholders, and managers
- build full-stack enterprise solutions using cloud technologies
- own and lead projects that impact new Amazonians around the globe
Other
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Ability to innovate and enable Amazon workforce’s onboarding speed and success
- Good communication skills and a desire to be a key technical contributor
