Premera is looking to modernize its enterprise systems by building and maintaining integrations between Workday and other platforms to better serve its customers and support its Financial and HR operations.
Requirements
Proficiency in Workday tools such as Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and EIB.
Strong experience with RESTful APIs and integration frameworks.
Familiarity with full-stack development languages such as C, Java, or PeopleCode.
Experience with cloud platforms (Workday, Oracle Fusion, etc.) and SaaS-based ERP systems.
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, and skills to utilize one or more programming languages.
High quality application of systems coding and development tools and techniques.
Ability to adapt rapidly to new technologies and products.
Responsibilities
Serve as a technical subject matter expert for Workday integrations and configurations.
Design, develop, and maintain Workday Extend applications and custom reports.
Build and support integrations between Workday and third-party systems using RESTful APIs, Workday Studio, and other tools.
Participate in release planning, validation, and deployment activities for Workday updates.
Maintain documentation for integrations, configurations, and support procedures.
Analyze moderate to high-risk business needs to determine solutions.
Develop and modify code and system set-up based on program specifications using multiple programming languages or system platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
Consult with business partners and IT leaders to assist in identifying and understanding problems or improvement opportunities and recommend appropriate technologies, software, and system solutions that scale and perform.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and good presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
