Requirements
- Hands-on DevOps Test Automation on tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright.
- BDD Tools like Cucumber.
- Mobile Test Automation tools/solutions such as Appium
- Experience and knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Ability to understand technical requirements
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and build automation testing efforts for multiple agile teams which includes internal teams and vendors
- Strategizes in shifting from manual to automated testing
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and manual testers to determine automation strategy, including identifying what should be automated.
- Provide automation test estimates for all automation work
- Follow Antech Automation testing standards
- Create metrics and dashboards utilizing Azure DevOps to provide insights into automation activities
- Help ensure teams execute ideal automation testing where testing starts with the developer and the tester is part of the development
Other
- designs and builds test automation for multiple global development teams, developing solutions using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- This role will collaborate with the SDET Automation Lead, developers, product owners, manual testers, and architecture in ensuring thorough, efficient, and quality testing.
- This person will also coordinate project-level automation testing and strategy for multiple R&D projects, both new and in-flight.
- Ensure proactive communications to leadership and functions within and outside of IT
