Requirements
- QA experience in enterprise applications or CRM-based solutions
- Hands-on testing of Salesforce or similar CRM systems especially customer support case flows
- Experience with scripting and test automation skills using Java, Selenium, or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of API tools (Postman), performance testing tools (JMeter), and security Testing (Owasp ZAP)
- Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and provide clear and concise bug/issue descriptions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with JIRA
Responsibilities
- Performing manual and automated functional, integration, and regression testing for enterprise apps such as Salesforce and ServiceNow
- Designing and maintain test cases, test scripts, and automation frameworks (Java + Selenium preferred)
- Executing API testing using Postman and performance testing using JMeter for select modules
- Participating in test planning, effort estimation, and define quality strategy for new and ongoing initiatives
- Logging, manage, and track defects using JIRA and communicate timely updates to all stakeholders
- Ensuring accurate documentation of test results, best practices, and knowledge sharing across QA teams
- Contributing to quality improvements and help develop a culture of accountability, automation, and innovation

- Bachelor's degree or its equivalent experience
