Responsibilities
- Using design documents and acceptance criteria to write manual test cases
- Work with developers to update the defects, resolve them and track their status using ALM
- Conduct defect triage calls to resolve defects
- Create the test plan document based on the risks
- Performing regression testing using Selenium webdriver, Winium tools
- Authoring scripts for creating EDI files for testing the scenarios
- Create programs to extract the status report from ALM tool
Other
- a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Computer Information Systems or a closely related field
- Closely worked with team lead and attended daily stand up meetings to give daily testing status and discuss about the roadblocks if any
- Get approvals from Software Quality assurance and computerized system validation team
- Prepare Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) to trace test cases to functional requirements
- Log defects in HP ALM with the approval of Lead
