Medtronic is looking to solve problems related to software application and systems software functionality and performance within their Diabetes business, aiming to drive innovation and enhance patient care.
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: JavaScript , Python , Java, C, C++ or Go.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and lifecycle.
- Deep understanding of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI) Experience developing automated test tools for commercial software products.
- Basic understanding of API testing concepts and tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI)
- Experience coordinating with remote teams.
- Experience working in a regulated industry.
Responsibilities
- Tests the functionality and performance of software applications or systems software.
- Develops and executes test plans and scripts designed to detect problems in software applications and systems software.
- Ensures software applications or systems software meets technical and functional requirements.
- Performs workflow analysis, documents test results and recommends quality improvements.
- Works with development to resolve software defects and diagnose/improve product configuration for current and future models.
- Reviews test automation frameworks, tools, techniques, and methodologies.
- Design, develop, debug, and implement software test frameworks and test scripts across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.

- Requires a Bachelor's degree and 0 years of experience required .
- 1-3 years of experience in software testing or development, with a strong interest in automation.
- Familiarity with Agile processes and the Atlassian suite of tools (Jira, Confluence).
